Resolved that the General Body of PAC places on record its deep appreciation for the outstanding performance of the PAC-managed Rugby Team of the Calcutta Police Sergeants Institute (Men’s). Under the able leadership of Insp. Samir Kr. Diyali , the team achieved significant success by winning the Plate Trophy in the 89th and 90th All India & South Asia Rugby 15s Tournaments and by securing Gold and Bronze medals in the 9th Netaji Subhas State Games Rugby 7s. The General Body congratulates the players, coach, and management for their dedication, discipline, and commitment, and wishes the team continued success in future competitions.
